What is it about holding onto emotions that no longer serve you.

Holding an emotion to try and prove a point, or to be validated by the giver of the wound(the one you are bonded to)will do nothing more then keep your pain process cycling over and over, without healing.

Letting go of those emotions will release them back to the giver and they will reap to whatever degree they do.

The best way to release these wounds/scars left by another is to deal with each and every one of them, some of what you learn about self will surprise.

Holding an emotion in will do nothing more then bury itself within the soil of your being to bare fruits later in life. Dealing with your emotions will free you from becoming their servant later in life and projecting that onto another.
